Building Better Spaces, Together

We specialize in residential projects where quality matters more than speed. Whether it’s a structural change or a high-end finish, we handle the project from the first brick to the final lick of paint.

From the first call to the final walkthrough, we keep things clear, friendly, and hassle-free. You get honest timelines, skilled craftsmanship, and a team that’s always happy to answer questions and lend a hand.

How we work

What we mean by "Fair Craftsmanship"

Building work is expensive, and it’s a big deal to have people in your home. We keep things straightforward:

  • Solid Work: No shortcuts on the stuff you can’t see behind the plasterboard.

  • Decent Pricing: An honest price for skilled labour and quality materials.

  • Reliability: We show up when we say we will and we leave the site clean.

We’re rooted in Ireland not looking to be the biggest building firm in the country—just the one our clients are happy to recommend to their neighbours.

How We Quote & Work

We don’t do "back of the envelope" estimates. We want you to know exactly what you’re paying for so there are no awkward conversations six weeks into the build.

  • We’ll come out to see the job in person. We need to see the access, the existing structure, and what you’re actually looking to achieve. This is where we talk through the practicalities—not just the "dream" version, but what will actually work.

  • You’ll get a clear, itemised price. If the project changes because you want to add something new, we’ll price that separately. Otherwise, the price we agree on is the price you pay for the work described.

  • Because we are a small team of 2–5 men, we don’t "hop" between five different sites. When we start your project, you have our focus until the keys are handed back.

  • We work on a clear schedule of staged payments. You pay as the work progresses, so you can see exactly where your money is going at every milestone.
